Last year, The Global Foundation of Recycling declared March 18th as the official Global Recycling Day. Today is a worldwide celebration to raise awareness and educate people on the impacts recycling has on our planet. Engaging people across the world to share ideas, and start the conversation will inspire solutions to a brighter and sustainable future.
According to WasteAdvantage Magazine, “Discussing the importance of a future-focused mindset, Ranjit Baxi, Founding President of the Global Recycling Foundation, said: ‘It is all too easy to take the world’s natural resources for granted, but they will eventually run out.
