Janesville, WI — October 31, 2025 — URT, a national leader in IT asset disposition (ITAD) and electronics recycling, announced today that Patrick Greenfield, Vice President of Sales and Marketing, will be departing the company today to pursue a new opportunity that brings him and his wife closer to family. Patrick’s transition has been thoughtfully planned, and URT wishes him continued success in his next chapter.
Since 2021, URT has been executing a multi-phase growth strategy designed to strengthen both operational efficiency and customer experience. Following the successful completion of key operational initiatives, the company shifted its focus in 2024 to expanding and aligning its Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service teams to enhance the overall customer experience and support future growth.
“Over the past year, we’ve built a strong foundation for continued success,” said Ken Thomas, President of URT. “Patrick played an important role in supporting that transformation, and with an expanded and energized team now in place, we’re focused on delivering even greater value to our customers through stronger alignment, improved responsiveness, and technology-driven transparency.”
“As URT continues to evolve to meet the growing needs of our customers and the electronics lifecycle industry, we are refining our structure to deliver a seamless, end-to-end customer experience—from initial engagement through service delivery and renewal,” Ken continued. “Building on initiatives launched last fall, we’re also preparing to introduce new tools and technologies in early 2026 that will make customer interactions even more seamless and transparent.”
URT’s leadership team will continue to advance its customer experience and growth initiatives during the transition, maintaining the company’s focus on secure, sustainable, and transparent recycling and ITAD solutions.
