URT WHOLESALE PRODUCT LISTS

All bids must be emailed to Dawn at dvenske@URTsolutions.com before the lot has expired to be considered. Please download and use the “Product List Sheet” associated with each lot and fill in the green column to submit a bid.

Each bidder will receive an email confirmation when their bid has been received.

In order to promote fairness and equality during the bidding process, bids for each lot will be “blind bid” ,top three (3) offers given a chance to rebid.

Once the bid due date has passed, an email will be sent to inform each bidder of the their status.

DESCRIPTION:
CPUs are tested with PC system boards and testing software show pass/fail.  All CPUs are used and will be cleaned and stored in CPU designed trays for secure storage, packing and shipping. We pack for trays for efficient shipping.

Multiple trays will be shrink wrapped together to avoid spillage in shipping, the box will be lined with bubble wrap to avoid any stress on the product.

All RAM is used and tested with hardware system Eureka/Eureka Express or RamCheckerXL and physically inspected for any defects.  About 95% plus will be major manufacturers:  Kingston, Samsung, Hynix and Elpida. We pack sticks in RAM designed trays and box for efficient shipping.

Desktop PCs are tested with testing and capture software ensure accurate product identification.  All components are tested and working, We stack desktops on a pallet to fit through a 7’ container opening.  The pallet will be wrapped in shrink wrap with corner guards and banded to the pallet for secure shipping.

We check all our hard drives for failure or excessive wear by running SMART tests and making sure the drives meet our standards.  Our standards are:

Our packing process is packing in HDD designed boxes – for secure and accurate packing of units. Boxes are then stacked and palatalized for shipping, or labeled for ground transportation.

TERMS

All equipment is used, tested for full functionality, and ready for reuse. Our product is physically inspected, tested, and wiped with a software program to ensure data is secure.  Products are guaranteed not to be DOA. Notes and specifications for each product are included in the spreadsheet attached to the email.  Accessories, cords or other related items will be noted, if not noted they will not be included.

SHIPPING

For efficient packing and shipping, lot(s) will be packed into trays and boxes.

Packing and DIMs: We need a minimum of two (2) business days to pack and prepare orders for shipping. Larger lots may require more time.

Shipping charges, fees, and pickup are the responsibility of the winning bidder.

Once a lot(s) is ready to ship, we will send the winning bidder the DIMs and weight. It is the responsibility of the winning bidder to arrange transportation and email the BOL to Dawn at dvenske@URTsolutions.com.

All of URT’s facilities close at 2:30pm, Monday – Friday and no one will be available to load your order. Pickup times must be scheduled during the week between the hours of 7am – 2pm.

Any shipping damage must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the lot(s). Any visual damage to the shipment must be recorded on the BOL and signed by the driver.

UPS Pickup: URT does not have a daily UPS pickup. If this is the preferred method, please create the label and email it to Dawn at dvenske@URTsolutions.com and then setup a pickup time with UPS.

FedEx Pickup: URT has a daily pickup with FedEx and can get the order out using your FedEx account.

PAYMENT

All payments are to be made in USD and must be prepaid. All accepted offers require payment within 48 hours of URT’s awarding notification. All payments must be confirmed by URT’s Accounting Department before shipment will be released. This confirmation process can take up to 24 hours or more depending on the chosen payment type.

We accept the following payment types (please email for instructions):

  • Visa, MasterCard, Discover or Am Express – Add 3% convenience fee

  • Bank Wire transfer and ACH – 0% fee

WARRANTY

At URT, we take pride in the quality of our refurbished equipment and back each item with a 30 day warranty.

RETURNS

If there is a defective item, we will first try to replace the item. If that item is unavailable we will give an in house credit for the defective item.

All returned items must be packaged in the same or similar packaging the item was originally shipped in by URT. If needed, we will send you detailed instructions on the packaging process.

TAX

Please send a copy of your sales tax exemption certificate for our records.

Vendor / buyer agrees that acceptance constitutes a binding contract to ensure that agent is in full compliance with all federal, state and local safety, health and environmental laws and shall only send commodities received from URT to approved locations, including additional downstream vendors, purchasers or buyers.
